Procedure of providing with accommodation

 

The procedure for considering applications and providing a mortgage loan

 

Regional commissions compile a list of candidates who were recommended for participation in the Program in accordance with the procedure for providing affordable housing, specified in clause 4 of these Regulations as part of the annual programs in each district (city) and approved by the protocol of the Commission.

 

The list includes the last name, first name, patronymic, place of residence, passport data, family members and affordable housing (one-story two- and three-room houses with two-story two-room and three-story houses with a total area of ​​0.02 hectares). The protocol of the commission and the approved list must be submitted to the Committee on Women's Affairs of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, the city of Tashkent and the region within three working days.

 

The Women's Committee of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, regions and the city of Tashkent summarizes the lists of women in need of housing, approved by the relevant regional commissions by region (city), and submits them to the Women's Committee of Uzbekistan within three working days.

 

The Women's Committee of Uzbekistan, based on regional lists, summarizes the national lists of low-income women and submits them to the Board of Trustees of the Public Fund for the Support of Women and the Family. At its meeting, the Board of Trustees will consider the list of applicants and, by decision of the meeting, will submit its initial contributions to the Public Fund for Women and Family Support.

 

The Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Committee of Women, the Scientific and Practical Center “Oil” under the Cabinet of Ministers, the engineering companies “Qishloq Qurilish Invest” and “Uzshahar Qurilish Invest” will determine the funds necessary for construction, including down payments for the provision of cheap housing in the regions.

 

The Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Committee of Women of Uzbekistan, the Scientific and Practical Research Center Oil, under the Cabinet of Ministers, Engineering companies Kishlok Kurilish Invest, Uzshahar Kurilish Invest, engineering companies, together with organizations working for applicants, over time determine the funds needed for the construction of affordable housing in the regions, including down payments, based on listings across the country.

 

The Committee of Women of Uzbekistan, together with the Scientific and Practical Center "Oil" under the Cabinet of Ministers, make an initial contribution to the construction of affordable housing in the Public Fund for Women and Family Support, and if the applicant has a low regular income and insufficient repayment opportunities, they control the transfer of the applicant's savings account at the expense of the Council Federation of Trade Unions of Uzbekistan “Mahalla”, funds of charitable foundations and other sources not prohibited by law.

 

The branch of the Engineering Company accepts and considers applications for cheap housing under the programs and concludes preliminary agreements with them.

 

Applicants who have entered into preliminary agreements with a branch of an engineering company apply for a mortgage loan to the relevant branch of a participating commercial bank.

 

The following documents are attached to the application for a mortgage loan:

  1. a) written recommendation;
  2. b) an application for a mortgage loan with the purpose, security, term and amount of the loan;
  3. c) a copy of the passport of the applicant (co-borrower);
  4. d) information on the structure of the family at the place of residence;
  5. e) documents confirming the financial condition of the applicant (co-borrower);
  6. f) information on making an initial deposit into a savings account;
  7. g) a copy of the original contract with a branch of an engineering company.

 

Branches of a participating commercial bank, in accordance with the existing procedure, will consider applications for mortgage loans.

 

A branch of a commercial bank evaluates the creditworthiness of applicants taking into account social priorities and written recommendations of the Commission.

 

Concessional loans granted to the applicant (co-borrower):

 

the applicant’s own funds and other sources not prohibited by law;

 

in case of insufficient, regular income and insufficient lending, the applicant is financed by the organization, the Council of the Federation of Trade Unions of Uzbekistan, the Mahalla Charitable Fund and other sources not prohibited by law.

 

Applicants who were denied mortgages are eligible to re-apply for a mortgage in the prescribed manner, following the written recommendation of the Commission next year.
